1.Introduction

These general conditions of sale (GCS) govern the relationship between the RENTAKEYS concierge site and its customers for the provision of short-term rental management services for private real estate. The GCS are systematically communicated to each customer before the conclusion of any contract for the provision of services and must be accepted without reservation by the customer before any payment.

2. Provision of services

RENTAKEYS provides short-term rental management services for the private real estate of its clients. The services include in particular the publication of advertisements on Airbnb-type platforms, the management of reservations, the reception of tenants, the management of keys, the installation of household linen and cleaning.

3. Rates and payment

The rates for RENTAKEYS services are indicated on the website and may be modified at any time without notice. The prices are indicated and must be paid in euros. Payment must be made by bank transfer. Payment is due in full no later than 15 days after the services have been provided.

4. Cancellation and modification of reservation

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation by the customer, cancellation fees may be charged by RENTAKEYS. The cancellation costs will be communicated to the customer before the conclusion of any contract for the provision of services.
 

5. Liability

RENTAKEYS cannot be held responsible for any damage or harm suffered by the client or by the tenants in relation to the services provided. RENTAKEYS declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to property belonging to the client or tenants.

6. Confidentiality

RENTAKEYS undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information communicated by the client within the framework of the provision of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to RENTAKEYS, including trademarks, logos and domain names, are the exclusive property of RENTAKEYS and may not be used without its prior written consent.

8. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

9. Modification of the T&Cs

RENTAKEYS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer by e-mail and published on the RENTAKEYS website. The modifications will come into force as soon as they are published on the website.
